I was thinking about downloading Windows XP Service pack 3. But I have alot of registry tweaks and was wondering if I would have to redo the tweaks after I install SP3. Also, I am wondering if I would have to Reinstall all of my drivers (nvidia, etc) and If it will affect my programs. Also, Will this affect the downloading of new drivers and programs, or will anything thats compatible with XP still work?

Windows XP SP2
XP Service Pack 3?ie tab

but i wouldn't recommend going to SP3 as it's only beta so it might stuff some things up
try it on a seperate isntall of windows first
XP Service Pack 3?windows mobile internet explorer
There is no Service Pack 3 for XP.
XP SP3 seems to be a little buggy. So safest is to have only XP Sp2.
IE Service Pack 3 has not been released yet.
Your computer will be fine. It won't reinstall all you drivers. The only problem with it is it's still in pre-released mode. I have SP3 and the only problem I had was a faulty registry key which the programmers forgot to fix. It will only change the registry for Windows only. And its not in BETA. Its in release Candidate 2 meaning its being released soon. Microsoft says it will be fully released at the second half of April which is this month. Download it if you wish but its better waiting in your situation.
Some of my friends have tried XP SP3 and found it to be a little buggy for some games and softwares.
Interface is fine.
Safe to have just XP SP2 for now.
