Where can I find a simple explanation of how to do file sharing between Windows XP computers?

I want to share files between an XP home and an XP professional computer. Each has a XP SP2 firewall and are connected through a wired Linksys hub. Where can I find a SIMPLE explanation of how to do this, or can someone give me instructions?

Very simple.

Replace the hub with a router and setup a network folder. Thats it.

For routers I do suggest LinkSys or D-Link.. Office Depot always has a deal on these.
