All UBS devices were detecetd before XP SP2 update. This happened on several of my XP Windows machine. W2K SP1 update never have such problem.
Any help will be appreciated

Go to BIOS and disable USB.
Reboot. Go to Device Manager and uninstall everything under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Reboot. Enable USB.
They will redefine themselves and should be okay. IF you have a lot of USB devices plugged in, you'll be getting a bunch of "Found New....." etc.
