Good day. Why is it that sometimes u are running programs u get that little "stick" whenever u switch between programs or multitasking? The "stick" may last between 5 seconds to 45 seconds. If it sticks too long it may stop responding altogether. What causes this and solutions? Have a Gateway NX200S Celeron M Windows XP Home edition SP2 with 256 Memory. Laterz.

Try switching between programs by holding the ALT key and pressing TAB to cycle through your programs.
