You Can't change manually it is the system derived one
U can't, machine ID is to be configured while installing Windows them selves.even if u want U have to reinstall OS.
If you're referring to the "computer name", you can right-click 'My computer' and click properties. click on the "computer name" tab and click "change". Then there should be a part where you can enter and change the "computer name".

Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but you can take a look at it and see.
