How can change the picture on windows xp pro logon dialog box?

i am running win xp sp2 pro, and because i am in a domain when i logon i have the box instead the welcome screen, i just wanted to change the lil picture (390x75pixels)

you can change it but only with selected pictures not your own just go to control panel then whatever icon you have for logging on all control panels are setup difernt so i cant walk you throuht it.

when you click on the start button(bottom left.) click on the picture that's on the top next to the username. then choose what pic u want.
Go to user accounts in Control Panel. There you can change your picture to anything you like.
Start%26gt;Control Panel%26gt;User Accounts%26gt;Click on account you want%26gt;Click on change my picture
control panel...then to apearances and themes,,,then on the left side you will see account information..click on that..then follow instructions.. You will see it all there..
