Genuine MS Windows for a company?

Can anyone help me find a study on using pirated MS Windows vs. using genuine? And how can I persuade the the management of our company to switch to genuine MS Windows (XP SP2 and 2003 server)?

In the country I am presently working, piracy is so rampant (so rampant that I've seen a newspaper ad that indicates that it loads an unlicensed MS Windows XP SP2 on HP desktops) and I want a good presentation so the management can understand the benefits of using a genuine one. Such argument should address benefits vs. the price of a licensed copy.
