when i go to use windows update i get this response
the following updates were not installed. and there are a total of 86 i believe ive tried disabling my firewall it still wont work i used to be able to get updates but now these updates wont install or run could anybody tell me why this isnt working and a solution to fix it. thanks

I had the same problem with windoes Vista and i sent an email to Support@microsoft.com and they were able to tell me what changes i had to make for the downloads to work.
